About

Led by someone who has run the operation

GBA Consultants is led by Ceri John. He spent 21 years as an Army logistics officer, then ran operations in commodity trading and on a $5.2Bn oil and gas programme in Kazakhstan. At Virgin Media O2 he ran Major Programmes, then led the transformation that brought engineering, business installs and project management together into one Business Delivery function. Most recently he has been Chief Operating Officer of Voneus Broadband.

That's why both sides of the business work the way they do. We know what a programme under pressure feels like from the inside. And we know a good CV and a good operator aren't always the same thing.
