Rather than fill one role, GBA Consultants staffed the programme across multiple tiers:
A cohesive, fully-staffed delivery team sourced from a single trusted partner — cutting the client's coordination overhead and time-to-productivity.
A mission-critical programme needed an experienced Commissioning Manager with hands-on credibility. We identified and placed a senior specialist from our network, filling a hard-to-source leadership role.
