Stand up a full commissioning delivery team at pace, leadership down to coordination, for a complex, high-visibility programme where downtime isn't an option.
Rather than fill one role, GBA Consultants staffed the programme across multiple tiers:
A cohesive, fully staffed delivery team sourced from a single trusted partner, cutting the client's coordination overhead and time-to-productivity.
A mission-critical programme needed an experienced Commissioning Manager with hands-on credibility. We identified and placed a senior specialist from our network, filling a hard-to-source leadership role.
For the same class of large programme, we placed a Programme Coordinator to provide the planning and document-control backbone that keeps complex commissioning work moving.
